Team Mom Update - 09/29/05

Practice Schedule
This week is normal practice – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

Next week we will practice Tuesday and Wednesday only, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

NOTE: Next week, we will move our practice location to the backfield of Phillips Park (down by the bathrooms). We are not sure what location there, but please just show up a few minutes early and look for Jason or myself.

Games and Concession Schedule
I still need two more volunteers. If you have not volunteered, please double check your calendars and let me know if you can help. Thanks.

Next Game – Saturday, October 1st
Our next game is at home on Saturday, October 1st against Milford 2. Game time is 12:30pm with arrival at 11:45am. GO WHITE TIGERS!

Sunday, October 2nd
We play the Monroe Hornets at 3:00pm; arrival time is 2:15pm. The directions to Monroe are:

Take 275 West and take 75 North towards Dayton. Continue on 75N until you get to State Route 63, which is the Monroe/Lebanon exit. Turn left off the exit. At the 4th light you will turn left onto Main Street. Go to the next light and turn Right onto Elm Street. At the stop sign you will want to go straight thru it and you will be in the parking lot of the old high school field (practice field is directly on the right).

Sunday, October 16th
We will play at 10:00am with an arrival time of 9:15am. Team, location and directions will be sent shortly.

Home Coming Parade
Reminder that the Home Coming Parade is Thursday, October 6th.

Glenda and Doug Gajus have been kind enough to let us use their trailer for the boys to ride on and Shelly and Mark Scanlon have been overly generous by providing our team with 500 footballs to throw during the parade.

We will decorate our float at City Hall before the parade and will also have pizza, chips, pop, hair paint and face paint as part of the celebration. We will all meet around 5:30pm and our cheerleader group will also be joining us.

I will be giving out more details next week.

As for the Cheerleaders gifts, we will be working with these over the next week or so and I will need volunteers to deliver to the girl’s homes on the night of Tuesday, October 4th.
